This looks like a common occurrence in Sri Lanka. Authorities should get to the bottom of this before the situation escalates further.

This is sad, it was just last weekend Sunday times I read about, Colombo restaurant are serving unhygienic food and not complying with basic food hygiene practice, I think the food hygiene laws are too soft and business premises should be closed and fined 100,000 Rs and License canceled.

We are now promoting Sri Lanka as a Investment and tourist destination, we must have a strong local body to monitor Safe Food Hygiene practice.

I saw that picture doctor carrying a sick child in daily mirror as well, i think that picture tells a story that how certain doctors are really mindful of their patients i think we all should appreciate him as well as the photographer who realized the value of that snap........good work
