99.9 % of children are born as a perfect human beings unless disabled or mentally retarded. These innocent children would become burden and harmful to the society they live mainly due the faults of parents. However the children who have good brain or thinking power can definitely understand the wrong doings of the parents and correct themselves and become perfect.
