Colombo High Court Judge Sunil Rajapaksa overruled the order given by the Colombo Additional Magistrate Prasanna Alwis that attorney-at-law Hemantha Waranakulasuriya can’t appear for MP Duminda Silva in the Bharatha Lakshman Premachdra murder case, and ruled that Counsel Waranakulasuriya or any other counsel can appear for suspect Duminda Silva in the Magistrate Court.(FT)
