Until sri lankan drivers stop driving as if they are immortal , and accidents only happen to other people , these tragedies will continue for years to come .With increased car ownership in sri lanka , firstly the test must be stricter and selfish driving attitudes must be punished .So far we have the following unenforced traffic vioations ...driving without a seatbelt,driving using a mobile phone,excessivel loud horns on buses and lorries.All these misdemeanours must be consistently addressed on a regular basis ...not just once in a while
