Video: KP: AG noticed to appear in Court
The Attorney General was today noticed to appear before the Court of Appeal on February 5 in connection with the writ application filed by JVP Propaganda Secretary Vijitha Herath calling for the arrest of former LTTE arms procurer Kumaran Pathmanathan alias KP.
Mr. Herath said the Court of Appeal had decided to check the earlier investigations carried out by the Army and the Police on the charges levelled against KP. (Sanath Desmond)
