Thanks to MR a highway ...to use ...if not all strugglibg on galle road . Irrespective of cercumstnces building it we have highway ....

This is a good example showing the poor desigh of the E01 highway. The exits are not capable of handling the traffic on a holiday. A highway will payback itself in about 20 to 25 years. Sri Lanka it will be longer. Can this highway handle traffic 10 years from now?

To eliminate delays at Exits inform drivers through SMS or any other means the relevant fee at different exits according to the entry point - at least from Matara
