Coup: CID records statement from CJ

The CID today recorded a statement from Chief Justice Mohan Peiris over the alleged coup on the night of the presidential election, Public Order Minister John Amaratunga said.

He said the statement was reordered on the basis of a complaint made by External Affairs Minister Mangala Samaraweera about such a coup.
