Akuressa Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman, Saruwa Liyanage Sunil and Priyanga Idunil Wickramasinghe who had been remanded for 73 days for allegedly abusing two underage girls were released today on strict bail conditions by the Matara chief magistrate Udesh Ranathunga.

He was released on a cash bail of Rs. 5000 with four sureties of Rs.2.5 million each for one case and cash bail of Rs.25000 with two sureties of Rs. 2 million each for the other case. (Krishan Jeewaka Jayaruk)
