Accident kills four in Athurugiriya

As usual the Security Forces are the worst and most reckless drivers in this country because they think they are gods and the roads belong only two them.. This spot has killed many people in the past including two policemen riding on a bike.

What were they doing in a road which is 'under construction' - I mean, can we use this section of the road too?
