Wimal thanks President for sacking him

Sacked former Industries Minister Wimal Weerawansa a short while ago thanked President Gotabaya Rajapaksa for sacking him from his portfolio.

President Rajapaksa in an official letter sent to Weerawansa informed him that he had been removed from his position with immediate effect.

In retaliation, Weerawansa took to Facebook to thank President for his move.(JAMILA HUSAAIN)
