Website announcing water levels launched: Irrigation Department
The Irrigation Department has launched an official website to announce the water levels of rivers that would cause possible floods, Irrigation (Hydrology) Director S.P.C. Sugeeshwara said.
He told the media that people can access the website at rivernet.lk to determine the relevant water levels.
Currently, the details of the water levels of Kalu Ganga and Kelani Ganga have been published. People can access the website even through a mobile application. (Chaturanga Pradeep Samarawickrama)
