Colombo, May 8 (Daily Mirror) - Vietnamese President To Lam, who addressed Parliament, said his country is looking for maritime, air links and links based on IT and communications with Sri Lanka. 

"Vietnam hopes to expand its links towards the Indian Ocean region through Sri Lanka," he said.
