Update: New Ministry ‘Economic Policies and Plan Implementation’ gazetted
A new Ministry has been gazetted naming 'Economic Policies and Plan Implementation' by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa under powers vested on him in the Constitution.
According to the gazette notification, the new Ministry is expected to accelerate economic development and social progress based on the National Policy Statement: “Vistas of Prosperity and Splendour”.
