Traffic disruptions due to dense fog in central hills

Colombo, Oct. 15 (Daily Mirror) - Traffic disruptions have occurred in the catchment areas on the western slopes of the central hills due to dense fog and heavy rains which lashed the area this afternoon.

Dense fog covers the Hatton-Nuwara Eliya, Hatton-Colombo main road and by-roads.

The Traffic Division of the Hatton Police has requested drivers to drive slowly and carefully with their headlights on while driving on these roads.
