Colombo, December 1 (Daily Mirror) - Taj Samudra, Colombo, has confirmed that the hotel management has terminated the services of a security officer with immediate effect following an internal inquiry.

In an official statement, the hotel emphasized that the safety and security of its guests, partners, and associates remain its top priority. Taj Samudra reiterated its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of conduct and stressed that it has zero tolerance for any behavior that compromises these values.

The hotel also assured full cooperation with the authorities in their ongoing investigation and reaffirmed its dedication to fostering a respectful and secure environment for all stakeholders.

A spokesperson for Taj Samudra said, “Further to an internal enquiry, the associate’s services have been terminated with immediate effect. We remain committed to upholding a safe and respectful environment for everyone associated with our hotel.”

No more business from me and the person who initiated the inquiry and did not control the security officer is equally guilty.He too should be terminated as he could not handle a crisis in his own department.A weak manager who does not know the rules to take it to the H .R Department.

Whatever the incident is not a problem here.Only problem is that man, so called abuser. If there is any other problem they can contact the police. He has no right to slap or use force to other people. This must be address as a e ample to others. Take this matter to the highest courts in the country for future generations. Sue him and the hotel for highest compensation

I was also in the room. It was very difficult for anyone to speak up as our security manager has always been a thug. This is not the first time he has done this. You know he has slapped and kicked others as well in the past including myself. Very difficult man to reason with as the video explains.
