Theoretically a good initiative. No costs mentioned, though and how it's funded. I would say it's better to first invest this money in our teachers, pay them well, provide international and local teacher training before you just replicate an already archaic education system. Have a look at Iceland, which has the worlds no 1 education system. It was the above that helped, rather than technology.

WOW.. That's Really a Good Move, Please don't get Cheap tabs from China and Ruin it. Get a Branded ones which can last long. Really Welcome the Move by the Idea. Its hard to carry the Book Load. Really Heavy
