For every day on strike, cut them double of their daily wage. Their wives and children will them chase off to work. There is of course a right to strike, but this must finally be regulated by law, as in the UK or Germany, where wildcat strikes are banned.

Time to modernise Sri Lanka railway. The railway system is very primitive. Start with automatic ticket vending machines. In Singapore most stations have only one or twe security guards who are over 60 retirees.
