Colombo, July 21 (Daily Mirror) - The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka has announced that SriLankan Airlines has temporarily suspended its flights to the State of Kuwait due to the escalating military situation in the Middle East.
The CAA said the suspension took effect yesterday (20) and will remain in force until July 26.
Passengers seeking further information have been advised to contact the SriLankan Airlines hotline on 1979, send a WhatsApp message to +94 11 777 1979 or +94 74 444 1979, or visit the airline's official website for the latest updates.
The airline has urged passengers travelling to or from Kuwait during the affected period to check the status of their flights before proceeding to the airport.
