This is not a time to promote Ceylon tea. What a tacky gesture from Sri Lanka. Donate some warm clothing and blankets to help victims stay protected from the winter. You'll have factories and manufacture clothing for the export market, no?

Sri Lanka has nothing else to donate other than tea . Thanks to our British colonial masters who opened tea plantations around the country which is still our main foreign exchange earner for nearly a century. Atleast tea should help to keep the victims of the earthquake who have lost their homes warm during the cold wintry weather.
