Confident is a big word in this matter. With a corrupt government in place, unstable financial sector and a policy that is written to suit the best at the time, the country is not going to get any foreign investment. The only investors will be corrupt Chinese and Russian who will use the port city for a tax heaven and money laundering hub. One must wonder why companies like Google, FB, the big 4 Auditing firms, and mid tier foreign firms dont want to invest in SL???
