Colombo, Nov. 21 (Daily Mirror) - A group of state institutions, including the Kahatagaha Mines, Lanka Mineral Sands and Laksala, will be reactivated with the assistance of the private sector, Deputy Minister of Industries Chathuranga Abeysinghe told Parliament today. 

He said the Ministry is working in accordance with a five year plan to develop a host of industries.
