Absolutely right. Just stand at a round about and see the chaos! 99% do not know the rules. The few who follow the rules are been told off by those who don't have any clue. Seriously, do observe this to understand the basic problems with our road users.

This Saranga guy should be a typical unethical no rule Sri Lankan driver who breaks the rule whenever on the road. All foreigners should stop visiting this barbaric land as the licensed baberians in Sri Lanka are eagerly waiting to take their pray
