Protesters blocking entrance to Presidential Secretariat removed

Protesters, who commenced a protest by blocking two other entrances to the Presidential Secretariat in Galle Face last night, were removed and taken into police custody a short while ago.

The structurs that were erected by blocking the entrances were also removed by the police.

The protesters started a protest by blocking all the entrances to the Presidential Secretariat from last night whereas only the main entrace was blocked until last night.

Tactical failure of a decent Aragalaya blocking the entrance. Every citizen, or a kidney/heart patient has a Fundamental right to visit the Presidents office without hindrance to seek relief from the Presidents Fund etc.
