Police probes setting a dog on fire on 31st

The Negombo Police launched an investigation into the incident where a caged dog was set on fire in a house at Copra Junction in Negombo.

Police said the suspect had reportedly put kerosene on the dog before setting the animal on fire on December 31.

This is a country that drones on about loving kindness 24/7 365 days yet there HORRENDOUS savages...these kinds of barbarians should be eradicated....there is a petition on change.org to implement an animal welfare bill. If there is any kind person out there please go and sign it...it is time we stand up and speak for the voiceless...
