For all intent and purposes Sri Lanka has come under direct control of the West in a subtle but substantial way in the form of IMF. It enjoyed some independence in major issues since the independence 71 years ago, now that is gone without the people of Sri Lanka realising the situation. The West would use words like “prudence” and “fairness “ through the IMF, and put endless conditions and time limits and eventually takeaway even the “soul” of Sri Lanka. If anyone in doubt then ask the question “ Name one Non-White country ,where IMF got involved, and ended up as a successful country ? NONE. I know there is an imbecile, not a genuine Tamil, Sinhalese, or Muslim, using multiple names and using Daily Mirror comments to insult those making critical comments about either the West or India, this is for the Daily Mirror Editorial Staff to ponder.
