Over 1,100 arrested in “Ratama Ekata” raids

Colombo, Nov. 17 (Daily Mirror) - Another 1,123 suspects have been arrested in raids carried out under the national operation “Ratam Ekata,” the Police said.

A total of 1,125 raids were conducted across the country yesterday, including 768 targeting ice and heroin-related offenses.

Detention orders have been issued for 33 suspects, while 30 others have been referred for rehabilitation.
