O/L candidates told to check updated timetable

Colombo, Feb. 16 (Daily Mirror) - The Commissioner General of Examinations has urged candidates sitting for the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination to carefully follow the official examination timetable, as the exam is set to commence tomorrow (17).

Speaking at a media briefing, Commissioner General A.K.S. Indika Kumari Liyanage stressed that candidates must strictly adhere to the timetables published on the official website and Facebook page of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka.

She further stated that the sequence of subjects scheduled for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th days of the examination has been revised compared to last year.

Accordingly, candidates have been advised to ensure they are referring to the correct and updated timetable in order to avoid any confusion during the examination period.
