Norochcholai down again for 70 days

The Norochcholai coal power plant will be closed for maintenance for 70 days , but it will not lead to the increase of current load shedding hours , Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara said .

He said the closure of the plant would reduce the generation of 300 megawatts .
