Nishantha’s revised bail application considered
The revision bail application filed on behalf of former CSN Director Nishantha Ranatunga was today taken for consideration before High Court Judge Pathmini N. Ranawaka.
In the revision bail application, Mr. Ranatunga’s counsel Nalin Ladduwahetty had named the Attorney General and two FCID OICs as respondents.
Judge Ranawaka ordered the respondents to appear in court on February 29. (Shehan Chamika Silva)
