Colombo, Nov. 17 (Daily Mirror) - A new Bill aimed at countering terrorism will be out for public consultation soon, Minister of Justice Harshana Nanayakkara told Parliament today. 

He said the Sinhalese and Tamil copies of the drafts of the Bill are currently being prepared.
