NPP MP involved in Chilaw road accident
Colombo, March 30 (Daily Mirror) - A motor vehicle driven by National People’s Power (NPP) Puttalam District Parliamentarian Muhammad Faizal veered off the road and crashed onto a wall at Bandarawatta in Chilaw late last night.
The accident, which occurred around 11:45 p.m., caused significant damage to both the vehicle and the wall.
It was reported that the MP was the sole occupant of the vehicle at the time of the incident.
Chilaw Police are conducting further investigations into the accident.
