When women take these risks to go and work in areas so volatile , where conflicts remain unsolved waiting to erupt at any given moment , one wonders on the heroic attempt of women who were once regarded as the protected one in families now trying to be bread winners .the one who dares .One wonders why .No career advancement here , no glass ceiling to break is there .this is sad .
