When the whole world observes May 1st on May 1st Sri Lanka has a new day for workers which is May 7th for workers. No wonder some airport boards say "A Land Like No Other"

Yahapalanaya should have called the trade union leaders for a meeting and discussed poya issue before anything. That is Diplomacy. They cannot do anything without leaving room for crticism
