Major powers must be objective, fair when dealing with hotspot issues: Chinese FM tells US Secretary of State

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that when dealing with international and regional hotspot issues, major countries should remain objective, fair and calm, exercise restraint and take the lead in observing international law, according to a tweet from the Chinese mission in Colombo.

The Chinese Minister made these remarks in reference to the Israel-Palestine conflict.

The Chinese Minister on Saturday held a phone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and China-US relations when
Blinken briefed Wang on his ongoing visit to the Middle East, and on the US stance on the current Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

That is very true. But at the same time, certain powers should not trap small countries into financial crisis and then demand various controls that benefit that big Power in commanding that region for defense aspects. In such a trap, the small country is just smashed from left to right by all Powers in that region. Fair and True, the small country should not be stupid when accepting "easy" finances and "non realistic" development.

What has having all nations abide by law got to do with the price of eggs in China? China is moving first and most responsibly as they can with the debt restructuring. Their goods will go up to their consumers if they give hair cut to any of their debtors since it is their economy and tax payer money. It is the wicked neighbour to the north to offered the credit line at exorbitant interest rate when we were desperate. That nation has loads of money and could easily write off the full debt we had to them, instead they made us borrow 1.5 time what we owed them as credit line, and made us by a lot of high priced useless things from them.

If the US stops funding Israel the Middle East issues would have been settled long ago. The US is funding/providing weapons only because it wants its own war machine running in order to allocate a large portion of the budget to defense spending. This way it keeps its own economy running. If the US stops funding the defense war machine the US economy will collapse. Hence US keeps pumping money all over the world where conflicts can be kept alive.
