MP Archchuna allegedly involved in armed confrontation over land dispute

This type of confrontation is common in Northern Sri Lanka. Neighbours encroach and say part of the land belongs to them due to their involvement over the past years. Many owners couldn’t go to their lands,especially living abroad. Many couldn’t step into SL due to threats from various groups. The ownership deeds and land registration are the proof of land ownership. I think here Dr Aruchuna is right in clearing his land which is his ancestral property. If the women claim ownership they should go to court.
