Lasantha Alagiyawanna was appointed as the State Minister of Trade Development, Cooperative Services and Consumer Protection while Sudarshani Fernandopulle was sworn in as the State Minister of Prison Reforms and Prisoners Rehabilitation.

Arundika Fernando was appointed as the State Minister of Coconut, Kithul, Palmyrah, Rubber Plantations Development and Export Diversification.
