Lankan sexually assaults 6-yr-old girl in Jerusalem

A Sri Lanka expat worker in Jerusalem, Israel has been charged for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl in a home he was hired to clean, Israel National News reported on Monday.

The 46-year-old worker was working illegally as a house cleaner despite a work visa which limited him to serve as a caretaker.

According to the indictment filed against the suspect, he had worked in the home for about three years.

Investigators said the man had performed indecent acts on the family’s 6-year old daughter on August 11, while her mother slept in a nearby room. However, the girl had escaped from him and run to her mother, at which point the suspect fled the building.

This is Israel. So this fellow can take comfort that he won't be beheaded. He will have to face an actual impartial trial. If he is indeed found guilty I hope the Israelis will keep him in prison and not deport him back to SL. We already have an epidemic of child abuse.

The punishment for those who sexually assault little children should be castration. I would campaign for it. Only a parent will know what agony they go through when this happens to their own child. This child will be scared mentally and physically for life.

They totally forget that they are in somewhere else, this is not their own country, where they can offer bribe or bail and escape, Majority of the cases are due to the fault workers.

Throughout the island irrespective of the age so many cases reported rape and indecent behaviors in public places even with elderly woman and underage girls well pass 70s or below 10.This is a very serious social issue tie with sexual urge of men. But no study or group assign to deal with it. This is Alarming signal for govt.
