This is useless, and no one was asking for it. With this money they could have reduced VAT by a few percent. Mostly big industries who use kerosene boilers and furnaces will benefit.

ACTUALLY NOWADAYS , MOST OF THE FAMILIES DO NOTHING WITH KEROSENE , WE USE THIS TO CLEAN OUR PAINT BRUSHES.
