Sometimes persons are just in the wrong place at the wrong time, like a peaceful protester unwittingly being at the scene of a serious crime. At least there is no selective treatment of persons in the investigation to gather information and intelligence relating to the incident.

For the MPs and Ministers houses set on fire on the 9th May 2022, Government approved compensation. Cunning Ranil Wickramasinghe got the bright idea of getting his old house too renovated on Taxpayers money. He removed all valuables and arranged few people to burn his house. This what they say.
