JVP denies FLSP allegations

The Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) the main ally of the National Peoples Power (NPP) denied the allegation by Frontline Socialist Party strongman Duminda Nagamuwa that the JVP together with a minister has been involved in a financial venture in an island, calling it 'nonsense'.

“We don’t want to comment on this nonsense,” the JVP said.

Nagamuwa alleged that the JVP together with a minister has invested large sums on a venture in an island.

He also alleged that the JVP had actively hindered the efforts of the IUSF (Inter-University Students' Federation), implying that the party had collaborated clandestinely with questionable figures to tarnish the reputation of the IUSF and its undertakings.

Whereas we expected the NPP and FLSP to collaborate and work in unity, they seem to have started making allegations on the other. These happenings will make their Opponents happy and worse is that they will bring the downfall of their own cause? The FLSP must use their brains !

JVP and Socialist front fitting for their pound of flesh timing the elections to be held in the future. The general public are aware that groups are corrupt and has done colossal amount of damage to Srilankan economy. Both parties are aware the corrupt practices adopted by them in the past to decive the general public. Now their latest strategy is how to get the peoples votes by hook or by crook and get to power. The general public are aware of their unscrupulous practices will do justice by not voting to either parties.

If the JVP is honest, they shall file a case against Mr. Duminda for recovering damage caused by him. If they don't take any action like Rajapakshas' and other scam kings it implies that the allegation is quite true. In fact, the JVP too a part of the 75 year history of rulers in SL with Chandrika.
