Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar does not express this whole-heartedly but with some cunning intention that very soon Ranil and his Government will offer India about 8500 Hect. Land to carry out their business.

The IPKF did havoc to the citizens of North and East. It cannot be forgotten. Thus India should pay reparations to North and East. Establish the Jaffna airport runway so that larger aircrafts can land. Improve health, education, infra structure of The town, economy, tourism to North and East.
