Colombo, Nov. 6 (Daily Mirror) - The Colombo High Court today fixed November 12 for the pre-trial conference in the case filed by the Attorney General against Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and Daisy Forrest.

The case has been filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, with the defendants accused of involvement in alleged financial irregularities.

The Attorney General’s indictment charges the two with committing offences related to money laundering, and the pre-trial conference is expected to determine procedural matters ahead of the trial.
