A special Gazette notification (2332/12) has been issued, declaring the supply and distribution of petroleum products and fuel, electricity supply, all services, work or labour as essential services.

The Gazette notification and the declarations therein came into effect from yesterday (17).

According to the notification, all services connected to the supply of electricity, the supply or distribution of petroleum products and fuel, all services, work or labour of any description whatsoever, necessary or required to be done in connection with the maintenance, and reception, care, feeding and treatment of patients in hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and other similar institutions have been made essential services. This is the Dictatorship that was expected from RW. Let us see if the essential services gazette will have enough venom to stop strikes. If they start a work to rule RW is doomed

Well done if you can't get people to contribute in most important sectors without shutting closing strickings etc then it should made compalsory notifications making majority sectors essential service debates negotiations should be done without stop working or entruptions at all times
