French President arrives in Sri Lanka

French President Emmanuel Macron and his delegation arrived in the island a short while ago, the President's Media Division stated.

The delegation includes the French Foreign Minister and State Minister for overseas territories.

The visiting French President is scheduled to stay for a few hours in Colombo.
