Former Chairman of Rakna Lanka Security Company Victor Samaraweera, who was arrested over the Avant-garde case, was remanded until July 19 by Galle Chief Magistrate.

He had been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) after he surrendered yesterday.
