The COVID-19 death toll in Sri Lanka climbed to 476 with five more deaths being confirmed by the Director-General of Health Services, the Government Information Department said.

Accordingly, a 73-year-old female from Ganemulla, a 75-year-old male from Colombo 10, an 83-year-old male from Bulathkohupitiya, a 61-year-old male from Kandy and a 75-year-old female from Pujapitiya died from the virus.
