Colombo, March 28 (Daily Mirror) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a scheduled 5-hour water cut for several key areas in the Colombo suburbs on Sunday, March 29.
According to the Board, water supply will be suspended from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The interruption is due to a planned power outage affecting the Ambatale Water Treatment Plant, which will temporarily halt purification and distribution operations.
The following areas will experience a disruption of water services during the period:
Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Municipal Council areas: Including Kalubowila, Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, and Ratmalana. Moratuwa: Specifically Rawatawatta and Soysapura.
