Expert committee to recommend restructure of Railways

Please hand over the railways to Indian Railways. Sri Lankan Railway employees, a lazy bunch of people. They do very much less work and want more money. At a work place just three work, five looks around. !

Minister Bandula must be having more than a dozen advisors. Why have an expert committee to advice. The issue is all Ministers have as advisors friends and relations who are not qualified in the respective fields. At least now appoint a committee to check the CVs of all advisors
