Discussion underway to launch ’’Southern Odyssey’’ luxury train

Discussions are in progress to launch "Southern Odyssey" luxury tourist train to facilitate tourists visiting the down south.

The matter has been taken up for discussion during a meeting headed by Southern Province Governor Willy Gamage recently.

It has been discussed to launch the "Southern Odyssey" from Colombo Fort to Galle in the first stage and extend it to Beliatte in the second. (Ajith Siriwardana)
