Dilum instructs officials to grant approval to construct filling stations at Katunayake, Biyagama EPZs
Investment Promotion State Minister Dilum Amunugama told the officials of the Power and Energy Ministry to grant relevant approval to establish two filling stations at the Katunayake and Biyagama Export Processing Zones (EPZ).
The decision was announced during the Investor Facilitation Coordinating Committee Meeting (IFCCM) held at the Investor Facilitation Centre (IFC), to review and discuss the issues currently faced by investors in respect to seeking approvals from relevant line agencies for investment projects.
During the meeting, issues associated with the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) and Condominium Management Authority (CMA) were discussed with relevant officials.
The State Minister directed the officials of pertinent line agencies to expedite the actions taken to resolve the pending issues of the investors and also appreciated the presence of the officials of line agencies and their efforts to facilitate the investors in doing business in Sri Lanka.
